Once you have submitted a booking request through our site, your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email from us. We expressly reserve the right to reject any booking requests at our discretion.
All pricing on our site is shown in USD and is subject to change until booking is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, payment for the full amount of the tour is due at the time of booking. Any failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
We maintain a strict cancellation policy to protect our ability to run our tours. If you need to cancel a booking, cancellation fees may apply according to the notice period given. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing and will only be effective once received and acknowledged by us.
We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances that might affect your ability to travel or to cover any medical emergencies during your travel.
We accept no liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused either by reasons beyond our control or by the negligent or wrongful act or omission of any supplier providing tour services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IBC Bible Tours, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by You.
The content of Our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IBC Bible Tours or its content providers, and is protected by international copyright laws. You are not permitted to use this content without the express permission of IBC Bible Tours.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
